*2 PrimeShip-HULL consists of two programs: the "Prescriptive Rule Calculation Software" and the "Direct Strength Assessment Software". Please note that a HyperWorks license is required to use the “Direct Strength Assessment Software”.

Per our policy, PrimeShip-HULL is provided to ClassNK customers who plan to perform structural assessments for vessels registered with ClassNK.
Therefore, it is essential if you can inform us of the following details.
・IMO Number, Class Number, Ship’s Name, design schedule, etc.
・Details of joint research with us or to use at institutions cooperating with us, etc.

4. Please enter the information of the person in charge (representative).
* The Information which we collect from customers is only used as an internal document (including our domestic and overseas subsidiaries) for the software management and spread of the software. We do not disclose the information to any third party without the permission of the customers.

Terms and Conditions for PrimeShip-HULL:

✓Conditions of use
・The software, including the main module, may be installed on multiple computers within (a single location of) the company.  The software shall not be leased, sold, distributed or sublicensed to any third party.
・All or a part of the software shall not be used for purposes other than structural assessments based on Rules for the Survey and Construction of Steel Ships published by ClassNK (hereby referred to as “the ClassNK Rules”) and IACS Common Structural Rules.
・The software shall not be modified, altered, adapted, disassembled, decompiled or otherwise reverse engineered in any way.
・All technical information and knowledge, such as know-how or data structure, etc., acquired through the use of this software shall not be provided to any third party.
・The software shall not be reproduced without the prior written consent of ClassNK.  The software and any copies thereof shall be returned or destroyed at the request of ClassNK.
・ClassNK reserves the right to a claim against the company or users for damages it suffers as the result of any unauthorized use of the software or its associated services.
・ClassNK may amend these conditions at any time it deems necessary, without prior written notice to users. However, in cases where it is deemed that users shall be significantly affected by any amendment of these conditions, ClassNK shall inform users thereof by issuing a written notice with a reasonable notice period.

・All intellectual property rights, including any copyrights, trademarks, etc. for the software or any associated services remain the sole property of ClassNK and/or the software development company. Users are only granted a non-exclusive right to use this software in accordance with these conditions.

✓Disclaimer
・ClassNK, its employees or related parties shall not be responsible for any claims attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the information or results provided by the software, and in no event shall ClassNK be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses arising out of the use of the software, such information or results.
・ClassNK does not guarantee that the software is free from errors, defects, discrepancies with the ClassNK Rules or differences due to practical application; moreover, ClassNK does not guarantee the accuracy of any calculation results obtained using the software.
・The software content is subject to change (e.g. improvements or corrections) without notice.
